Is it normal that my candle has bumps and cracks after burning?

Yes, that's normal. It is a sign of our candles being made with 100% natural and sustainable soy wax.

Why is the woodwick making sounds?

The crackling of the wood is actually moisture being released from the woodwick, this provides a nice ambient sound that can prove to be relaxing or enhance focus.

My candle arrived broken, now what?

We do our best to protect your candle in transit, however accidents happen. If your candle arrives broken, please email us a photo of the broken candle with your name and address and we will get a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible! Email: flickermillcandles@gmail.com
